花样游泳运动员力量及体能的训练方法 被引量:4

摘要 运用文献资料法,探究影响花样游泳运动员力量及体能的训练因素,以优化训练内容并加强训练效果。同时结合大型比赛中花样游泳运动员的技能表现,分析其个人力量优势,以及体能表现情况,借助实践案例分析训练重点和可行性方案。研究发现,以基础力量和专项力量均衡体能训练,以稳定性与动力性体能训练综合发展,以核心力量与四肢力量协调体能训练,以稳态和非稳态力量优选体能训练项目,能够有效改善花样游泳运动员的力量及体能训练效果。 By using the method of literature,this paper explores the training factors that affect the strength and physical fitness of synchronized swimmers,so as to optimize the training content and strengthen the training effect.At the same time,combined with the skill performance of synchronized swimmers in competitions,it analyzes their personal strength advantages and physical performance,and analyzes the training focus and feasibility scheme with the help of practical cases.It is found that balanced physical training with basic strength and special strength,comprehensive development of stability and dynamic physical training,coordination of physical training with core strength and limb strength,optimization of physical training items with steady and unsteady strength can effectively improve the strength and physical training effect of synchronized swimming mobilization.
