摘要
花样游泳是一项观赏性极强的运动,通过整齐划一的水下舞蹈动作、节奏感强烈的背景音乐以及运动员之间默契的配合,在视觉上给观赛人员以极大的满足感。因此,要想在比赛中取得良好的成绩,必须要充分发挥在集体自由自选项目中的创编思维,设计一套优秀的技术动作,才能先声夺人。我国的花样游泳运动起步相对较晚,在国际大赛上与俄罗斯等此项运动的强国相比存在一定的差距,亟需找到进一步提高成绩的突破口。本文以花样游泳第十三届全运会集体自由自选项目的比赛录像为研究对象,通过文献资料法、录像观察法、专家访问法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,深入研究队形要素、同伴动作配合、托举、音乐和亮点动作对自由自选项目创编的影响,为提高中国花样游泳自由自选项目的创编水平、在世界花样泳坛获得更高成就奠定坚实的理论基础。
Synchronized swimming is a highly ornamental sport.Through the uniform underwater dance movements,strong rhythm background music and tacit cooperation among athletes,it gives the spectators a great sense of visual satisfaction.Therefore,in order to achieve good results in the competition,we must give full play to the creative thinking in the collective free self-selection items,and design a set of excellent technical actions,in order to win the first prize.China's synchronized swimming started relatively late,and there is a certain gap in international competitions compared with Russia and other powers of this sport.It is urgent to find a breakthrough to further improve performance.This paper takes the video of group free self-selection events in the 13th National Games of synchronized swimming as the research object.Through the methods of documentation,video observation,expert interview and logical analysis,the influence of formation elements,peer action coordination,lifting,music and highlight action on the compilation of free self-selection items is deeply studied in order to improve the free self-selection of synchronized swimming in China.It lays a solid theoretical foundation for the level of project creation and the higher achievements in world figure swimming.
