摘要
目的评估kisspeptin-10在先兆子痫发病中的作用,探讨血浆kisspeptin-10水平与胎儿发育状态的关系。方法45例先兆子痫孕妇和40例正常对照孕妇,在妊娠25周检测血浆Kisspeptin-10水平,彩超检测胎儿脐动脉血运。结果先兆子痫组血浆kisspeptin-10水平较低,与病情严重程度呈负相关;kisspeptin-10水平与重度先兆子痫患者胎儿体重正相关;Kisspeptin-10水平与重度先兆子痫患者抵抗指数呈正相关;与先兆子痫患者收缩/舒张比值呈负相关。结论血浆Kisspeptin-10水平与先兆子痫发生相关,可用于评估胎儿发育状况的监控指标。
Objective:To evaluate the role of kisspeptin-10 in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia and to explore the relationship between plasma kisspeptin-10 level and fetal development.Methods:There were 45 pregnant women with preeclampsia and 40 normal controls,Kisspeptin-10 level in plasma was measured at 25 weeks of gestation,and umbilical artery blood supply was detected by color Doppler ultrasound.Results:The plasma kisspeptin-10 level in the preeclampsia group was lower,negatively correlated with the severity of the disease;kisspeptin-10 level was negatively correlated with fetal weight in severe preeclampsia patients;Kisspeptin-10 level was positively correlated with resistance index in preeclampsia patients,and negatively correlated with systolic/diastolic ratio in preeclampsia patients.Conclusion:The level of Kisspeptin-10 in plasma is related to the occurrence of preeclampsia,and can be used as a monitoring index for evaluating fetal development.
