摘要
国防教育作为筑牢大学生“精神长城”的重要载体,在新时代历史条件下,必须在理念、内容、形式、方法、手段上适应新的形势,才能更好地发挥铸魂育人的功能。A校在个性化教育理念指引下,依托退伍大学生朋辈辅导工作室开展大学生国防教育,探索朋辈辅导在国防教育中的路径和作用,构建大学生从选拔入伍到返校服务的全过程教育链,为国防教育提供了新动能,取得了较好的实践效果。
National defense education,as an important carrier to build the“spiritual Great Wall”of college students,must adapt to the new situation in terms of concept,content,form,method and means under the historical conditions of the new era in order to better play its role of political education.Under the guidance of individualized education idea,university A has relied on former soldiers’peer counseling studio to practice college students’national defense education,explored the path and the role of peer counseling in the national defense education,constructed the education chain of the whole process of college students from being selected to army to back to school for service,which has provided new kinetic energy for the national defense education for universities and achieved beneficial practical effect.
