摘要 观念先于行动并指导行动,文华学院在实施个性化教育的过程中形成了十个观念,并以此指导个性化教育,取得了初步的成效。这十个观念是:个体生命具有独特性,个性=共性+特性,个体差异是教育的重要资源,万物得其本者生,学生需要是个性化教育的起点,创新精神培养是个性发展的核心,交往实践是个性化教育的重要方式,大数据为个性化教育创造了条件,培养学生的个性学校首先要有特色,开展个性化教育是教育者的一种境界和责任。 The concept runs ahead of the practice,and guides the practice.Wenhua College developed ten concepts in carrying out individuality education,and employed them to guide individuality education with initial effect.There're such ten concepts as follows:the individual has its speciality;individuality equals to the sum of universality and speciality;individual difference is the important resource of education;all things have their own birth;learning demand is the starting point of individuality education;creative spirit is the core of individuality development;communication practice is the important way of individuality education;big data offers the condition of individuality education;having institutional characteristics is the premise of cultivating the individuality of the students;it's the responsibility and spiritual plane of the educator to implement individuality education.
