基于均匀试验与智能算法的全固废充填胶凝材料制备 被引量:11

Preparation of Cementitious Backfill Material with Full Solid Waste Based on Uniform Test and Intelligent Algorithms

摘要 为了制备满足矿山要求的超细尾砂全固废充填胶凝材料,基于均匀设计方案,开展了全固废充填胶凝材料激发剂配比的胶结体强度试验,结果表明,矿渣粉配比量为全尾砂胶结充填体7 d及28 d抗压强度的主要影响因素,脱硫石膏配比量对充填体7 d抗压强度影响较大,而钢渣配比量影响28 d抗压强度。建立了胶凝材料配比优化模型,利用智能算法的全局寻优,获得低成本全固废充填胶凝材料最优配比为:脱硫石膏20%、钢渣微粉33%、粉煤灰25%、矿渣微粉22%,材料成本为34.92元/m^3;根据该配比进行了室内制备试验,结果显示,充填体7 d和28 d抗压强度分别达到1.38 MPa和3.56 MPa,并且随着反应龄期增加,该材料体系中C-S-H凝胶和钙矾石的质量损失从3.64%增加到8.7%,充填体强度呈增加趋势。采用该方法制备的胶凝材料能满足矿山要求。 In order to prepare cementitious backfill material with full-solid waste of superfine tailings sand for meeting the requirements of mines,the strength of cemented backfill with full solid waste of cementitious material as a stimulant was tested based on an uniform design scheme.It is shown that the proportion of slag powder in the preparation is the main factor affecting the compressive strength of the cemented backfill with full tailings sand after 7 d and 28 d of curing,and the proportion of gypsum has a greater impact on the compressive strength after 7 d curing,while proportion of steel slag bring influence to the compressive strength after 28 d curing.Then,a model for optimizing all cementitious materials proportions is established and global optimization by using intelligent algorithms is adopted to obtain the optimal proportions for the low-cost full-solid waste cementitious backfill material,including 20%desulfurized gypsum,33%steel slag powder,25%fly ash,22%slag powder,which totally cost 34.92 yuan/m^3.Finally,an indoor test on the backfill prepared with the above optimized proportions shows that the compressive strength of backfill after 7 d and 28 d of curing reaches 1.38 MPa and 3.56 MPa respectively.Furthermore,as the curing time prolonging,the mass loss of C-S-H gel and ettringite increases from 3.64%to 8.7%,and the strength of backfill is also in an increasing trend.It is concluded that the cementitious material prepared by this method meets the strength requirement by mine.
