摘要
研究了脱硫灰在水泥工业中的应用。研究结果表明:亚硫酸钙含量较多的脱硫灰可用作水泥的调凝剂,并且与二水石膏复掺后的效果更好。通过控制脱硫灰与二水石膏复合掺入到水泥中的比例可有效地调节水泥的凝结时间,不仅不影响水泥的安定性,而且还可以提高水泥的胶砂强度,降低水泥的标准稠度用水量。
The application of desulphurization residues in the cement industry was studied in this article. The results obtained showed that the desulphurization residues containing a number of CaSO3 may be used as a retarder,and be better by adding with gypsum. By the way of controlling the ratio between desulphurization residues and gypsum to modulate the cement setting time effectively, in this case, it not only did not effect the cement stability but also could enhance the strength of cement mortar and reduce the amount of water needed under the condition of normal consis- tency of cement.
