摘要
为进一步推动"中医康复服务能力规范化项目"的实施,根据国家中医药管理局《中医康复服务能力规范化建设项目实施方案》有关要求,中医康复服务能力规范化项目培训实施单位(中国中医药科技开发交流中心)与中医康复标准研究基地共同针对"中医康复标准"专项课题,开展示范性研究工作。由广东省中医院承担《中医康复标准化工作指南》的编制工作,项目工作组开展文献研究、现场调研、专家论证会、同行征求意见等工作,并在多次系统分析研究的基础上,按照国家标准编写规则,形成了编制通则、编写要求和标准体系3个部分,涵盖标准制修订各阶段的工作内容、标准编写基本要求和编排格式及标准体系的总体结构与要求等内容。
To further facilitate the public health project "Standardization of Capacity Construction of TCM Rehabilitation Service", Chinese Medicine of Technology and Development Center for TCM of China and Research Base of Standards of Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation jointly promoted the special project of "Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Standards" and carried out exemplary research according to the relevant requirements of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine undertook the compilation of the Standardization Guidelines for the Rehabilitation of Chinese Medicine.Through literature research, investigation, expert demonstration, peer consultation, and with systematic analysis, the Standardization Guidelines were formed in three parts: general principles of stipulation, drafting requirements and standard system. The guidelines covered the contents of each stage for standard development, the basic drafting requirements of standard, and the overall structure and requirements of the standard system.
