摘要
借鉴现代康复医学功能障碍的内涵和分类方法,利用数据挖掘技术,建立了包含18个关键词,25条条文的《内经》二便功能障碍康复数据库。通过对此数据库的研究发现,《内经》从二便功能障碍的病因病机、治则治法、预后等方面进行了阐述。虽然其内容相对简单,但对当今康复医学的理论和临床实践仍具有重要的指导意义。
According to the connotation and classifying approach of dysfunction in the science of modern rehabilitation,databases of urine and stool dysfunction recorded in Nejing were established by technology of data mining,including18 keywords and 25 items. The findings of research show that the etiology and pathogenesis,treating principle and method as well as the prognosis of urine and stool dysfunction are definitely expounded in Neijing. Although its content is relative simple,it still significantly guide the theory of contemporary rehabilitation medicine and clinical practice.
