摘要
利用高效液相色谱法检测衢枳壳中柚皮苷、新橙皮苷的含量,并对常山县4个乡镇衢枳壳中的柚皮苷、新橙皮苷含量进行了对比研究。结果表明,整个7月期间果皮尚绿时采摘制成的的衢枳壳中柚皮苷、新橙皮苷均能达到《浙江省中药炮制规范》的要求,且7月中上旬采收、干燥后果径小于4.5 cm的衢枳壳质量更佳,常山4个衢枳壳产地的药材质量均较好,无明显差异。
To develop a sensitive high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method to determine neohesperidin and naringin in quzhiqiao,Quzhiqiao of four villages and towns in Changshan were compared.Results showed:the neohesperidin and naringin content of quzhiqiao meet the requirement when the Citrus chang shan-huyou were packing during the July.The best packing time was in the early and middle July.The best quality of quzhiqiao is got when fruit width by drying is less than 4.5 cm.The quality of the four areas of quzhiqiao was good without significant difference.
