摘要
以乙醇为提取溶剂,多酚得率为评价指标,采用3因素3水平响应面试验提取燕麦中的多酚,并研究其稳定性。结果表明,超声提取的最佳工艺条件为:液料比16∶1(m L∶g),提取温度45°C,乙醇体积浓度54%,此条件下多酚得率为2.36 mg/g。稳定性试验结果表明,燕麦多酚应贮存在阴凉避光处,在酸性条件下较为稳定。
This study using ethanol as extraction solvent and polyphenols yield as experimental index,response surface methodology was used to determine the optimum extraction conditions of polyphenols from oats,and its stability was studied.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were liquid/material ratio 16:1(m L:g),extraction temperature 45°C,ethanol concentration 54%,and the yield of polyphenol was 2.36 mg/g.The stability evaluation of oat polyphenols indicated that it should be stored in a cool and dark place and stable under acidic conditions.
