摘要
为了研究包装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌项目的检测,确保铜绿假单胞菌检测的准确性,采用GB8538-2016《食品安全国家标准饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》中滤膜法测定,探讨了试验过程中水样稀释、滤膜放置、绿脓菌素试验等关键环节对试验结果的影响。结果表明,按照GB 4789.2-2016《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验菌落总数测定》中"样品的稀释"对水样进行递增稀释,能够保证滤膜上生长的菌落数量在适宜范围内,提高计数准确性;其次,滤膜的正确使用以及绿脓菌素试验注意事项,能够有效避免漏检和假阴性结果。
In order to study the detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in packaging drinking water,to ensure the accuracy of Pseudomonas aeruginosa detection,the National Standard for Food Safety and the inspection method for drinking natural mineral water(GB 8538-2016)were adopted,the filtration water sample,sterilization and placement of filtration membrane and Pyocyanin test were improved,The test results show that,According to GB4789.2,the water sample was diluted progressively.It can ensure that the number of colony growing on the filter membrane is within the appropriate range,improve the accuracy of counting.Second of all,the correct use of filter membrane and the points for attention in Pyocyanin test can effectively avoid missing test and false negative result.For testing,attention should be paid to the key influencing factors in national standard test methods.In this paper,suggestions for improvement in the detection methods of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were put forward.
