摘要
针对船舶电气系统保护单元的特点,提出对船舶电气系统保护单元进行可靠性预计研究,采用元器件的误动失效率代替元器件的通用失效率,即采用误动系数法修正传统元器件计数法的通用数学模型,提高系统可靠性预计的可信度。以船舶电站欠压保护单元的可靠性预计研究作为算例,计算出两种该欠压保护单元失效率的预计结果。研究结果表明:采用误动系数法,保护单元失效率仅为传统方法失效率预计结果的27.5%,基于误动系数法的保护单元可靠性预计是对传统元器件计数法的合理修正,对深入研究船舶电气系统可靠性建模工作提供更加有力的支撑。
According to the characteristics of the protection unit of marine electrical system,the mal-operation coefficient instead of general failure rate of components should be used in reliability calculation of the marine electrical system protection unit,that is,the common mathematics model based on traditional component counting should be corrected with mal-operation coefficient method.Two methods are used for reliability calculation of an under-voltage protection unit for a marine power station.The comparison between the two results tells that the failure rate calculated with mal-operation coefficient method is only about 27.5%of that with traditional method.The mal-operation coefficient method is more close to reality and helpful for modeling in marine electrical system protection research.
