摘要
近年来,随着我国国民经济的快速发展,对城市配电网的供电质量以及经济运行指标提出了更高的要求。为了实现电网系统良好的运行,如果供电企业仍然采用传统的设备和管理模式,则不能满足人们的用电需要。因此,实现配电自动化是提高智能电网供电水平和电网高效可靠运行的重要手段之一。通过现代通信、计算机、网络和电子技术在配电网中收集各种信息,比较完备的自动化系统因此形成,反馈自动化的功能得以实现。文章详细分析了网络配电自动化和网络改造的总体规划,以及在实现网络配电自动化中应注意的问题,提高当前供电系统的可靠性,根据配电网自动化规划和建设的原则,总结了配电网改革和实现配电网自动化的重点。
In recent years,the rapid development of China’s national economy has put forward higher requirements for the power supply quality and economic operation indicators of urban distribution networks,in order to achieve the operation of the power grid system in management and maintenance.If the power supply enterprise still adopts the traditional equipment and management mode,it cannot meet the needs of the people.Therefore,one of the important means to improve the level of smart grid and effi cient and reliable operation of the grid is to achieve distribution automation.Through modern communication,computer,network and electronic technology to collect various information in the distribution network,a relatively complete automation system is formed,the function of feedback automation can be realized,load automation management and data control and collection are the automation of the distribution network.To this end,the overall planning of network distribution automation and network transformation is analyzed in detail,as well as the problems that should be paid attention to in the realization of network distribution automation,and the reliability of current power supply system is improved.According to the principle of distribution network automation planning and construction,The focus of the distribution network reform and the realization of distribution network automation.
