摘要 针对当前有源相控阵天线设计过程中亟需进行合理的结构力学仿真,以确保天线的环境适应性要求、精度以及刚强度性能的问题,分别对天线结构力学仿真、有限元模型修正和结构优化分析过程进行了分析。结合舰载、机载、车载、星载等不同雷达天线结构的特点,阐述了未来雷达天线结构力学仿真的重点在于强冲击、振动疲劳、动态载荷等作用下的天线刚强度分析,以及天线系统功能一体化优化设计;利用两个工程设计案例,讨论了有限元模型修正以及结构尺寸优化在有源相控阵天线结构设计中的应用效果。研究结果表明:对有限元模型进行适当的修正,可显著提高相控阵天线力学仿真的精度;通过对天线结构进行尺寸优化,能够在确保天线力学性能的前提下实现轻量化。 Aiming at this problem that reasonable mechanics simulation has been developed as an essential approach in the design of structure of active phased array antenna to meet the requirements of environmental adaptability,accuracy and performance,the processes of structural simulation,finite element model correction,and structural optimization for the antenna were respectively reviewed.The structure characteris-tics of shipborne,airborne,vehicle-borne,spaceborne,and missile-borne antennas were all discussed.It was pointed out that the future fo-cuses lie in the mechanical analyses and structurally integrated design of the antenna under strong impact,vibration fatigue and dynamic load-ing.Two engineering examples were presented in order to introduce the application effects of finite element model correction and size optimi-zation in the engineering design of the active phased array antenna.The results indicate that the finite element model correction can improve the accuracy of mechanics simulation of the phased array antenna significantly,and the size optimization can help to achieve lighter antenna structure with equal mechanical performance.
