摘要
目的:优化医用耗材物流配送链,实现医院耗材物流配送全覆盖。方法:调研原有口腔医用耗材物流链的弊端,收集临床科室的意见和建议,从医用耗材采购计划执行、耗材验收、物流配送和二级库管理4个关键环节进行重点改进。在信息流上通过医用耗材管理系统和供应商云平台提供信息支撑。结果:建立了新的口腔医用耗材物流链,保证了耗材安全,缩短了配送时间,提高了工作效率。结论:该物流链有效保证了医用耗材的供应,规范了二级库管理制度,实现了口腔医用耗材管理的科学化和精细化。
Objective To optimize distribution chain of stomatological consumable to ensure its full coverage.Methods The main problems of the existing distribution chain were analyzed for stomatological consumables.The procurement plan implementation,acceptance check,delivery process and secondary warehouse management were optimized and improved for stomatological consumables.Information support was executed through the stomatological consumables management system and supplier cloud platform.Results The distribution chain of stomatological consumables ensured the safety of consumables,shortened the delivery time and improved the working efficiency.Conclusion The distribution chain effectively ensures the supply of stomatological consumables,standardizes the secondary warehouse management system,and realizes scientific and refined management of stomatological consumables.
