摘要
目的:针对传统数字手术视频示教平台视角受限、交互性差、移动观看不便等问题,构建VR手术视频示教平台。方法:采用客户端/服务器(Client/Server,C/S)架构,在Visual Studio平台上基于HTML 5技术,利用软件工程的思想设计并实现包括采集制作模块和终端播放模块的VR手术视频示教平台。结果:该平台可提供佩戴VR眼镜及裸眼2种观看模式,便于在移动端随时随地学习,可实现VR全景手术视频和非全景3D手术视频的共享播放。结论:VR手术视频示教平台的应用提升了用户参与感,扩充了手术视野,全方位地展示了手术信息,为手术视频示教提供了一种新的教学方案。
Objective To develop a VR surgery video demonstration platform to improve the traditional platform in perspective,interaction and mobile viewing.Methods The platform was implemented with C/S architecture,HTML 5 based on Visual Studio platform as well as the idea of software engineering,which involved in the modules of acquisition and production as well as playing terminal.Results The platform provided two viewing modes of wearing VR glasses and naked eyes,which was convenient for learning on the mobile terminal at anytime and anywhere,and realized sharing and playing of VR panoramic surgery video and non panoramic 3D surgery video.Conclusion The platform developed enhances the users'sense of participation,improves operative vision and provides a new idea for surgery demonstration.
