摘要
针对园林废弃物处理难的问题,设计了滚筒发酵实验设备,通过强制曝气通风方式以及螺旋型抄板设计,使设备内物料均匀发酵。实验表明,滚筒发酵实验设备的好氧发酵效果良好,最佳运行参数为搅拌次数每日2次、单次搅拌时间2 min、搅拌转速3 r/min。
In view of the difficulty in treating garden waste,drum fermentation experiment equipment was designed,and the materials in the equipment were uniformly fermented by means of forced aeration ventilation and spiral plate design.The experiment showed that the aerobic fermentation effect of the drum fermentation experiment equipment was good and the optimal operating parameters were stirring twice a day,2 minutes'stirring each time and a 3 r/min stirring speed.
