摘要
如何通过技能大赛来实现学生职业素质的提升是高校普遍面临的问题。文章通过实施网上问卷和个别访谈等方式分析技能大赛对职业素质提升的效果,旨在为高校更好地组织指导学生参加技能大赛提供借鉴和参考。
How to realize the improvement of the professional quality of the students through the skill competition is a common problem in colleges and universities. In order to explore this problem, this paper analyzes the effect of the skill competition on the improvement of the professional quality through the implementation of the online questionnaire and the individual interviews, and aims to provide the reference and reference for the higher learning to guide the students to participate in the skill competition.
