立井井筒大断面爆破作业技术及实践 被引量:4

摘要 巴拉素煤矿设计井底车场贯通巷道水平下移,原井筒井壁需要通过光面爆破进行局部破壁作业,工程技术要求高,难度系数大。为了防止爆破施工破坏原有立井井壁混凝土强度,采用大断面网格化分段爆破方案并对安全技术措施进行分析。井壁破除施工采用“多打眼、少装药、放小炮”光面爆破法;以切割内层钢筋、交界处加密眼施工、爆破破除内层井壁钢筋、内层井壁混凝土破除、外层井壁破除等具体工艺进行施工并进行监测;最后,有针对性地采取了相应的安全技术措施。实践表明,该方案施工成本基本控制在预算之内,且保障了工程安全施工。 In Balasu coal mine,due to the designed through roadway of the shaft station moves down,the original shaft wall needs to be partially broken by smooth blasting,which requires high engineering technology and has high difficulty coefficient.In order to prevent the blasting construction from damaging the original shaft wall concrete strength,the large section grid blasting scheme was adopted and the safety technical measures were proposed.The shaft wall blasting construction adopts the smooth blasting method of“multi-eye,less charge,small gun”.Finally,through taking targeted safety technical measures and strengthening monitoring,the blasting operation was successfully completed.Practice shows that the scheme is technically feasible,the construction cost of the scheme is basically controlled within the budget,and the safety construction of the project is guaranteed.
