摘要
为了解决保德煤矿81505综放工作面回撤时间长、困难大、安全性差及作业环境风险高等难题,开展了综放工作面高效回撤与末采顶板控制技术探讨。在明确研究区域工程概况的基础上,结合以往的成功经验和生产实际,通过采用预回撤多通道技术,确定了合理的停止放煤位置。在贯通前做好采高及层位调整、矿压观测、设备检修及材料准备,使用纤维柔性网替代金属网,实施提高工作面支架阻力、注入高分子材料、优化补强支护方式等顶板控制技术的工艺,实现了81505综放工作面安全高效贯通回撤。实践表明,回撤时间仅需15 d,安全价值显著,对地质条件相似的矿井的安全高效回撤具有一定的借鉴意义。
In order to solve the problems of long retracement time,poor safety and high working environment risk in No.81505 fully mechanized caving face of Baode Coal Mine,the high-efficiency retracement and roof control technology of final mining in fully mechanized caving face were discussed.Based on the geological and mining conditions,combined with previous successful experience and production practice,by adopting the pre-driven multi-channel technology,determining the reasonable position of stopping coal caving,carrying out the mining height adjustment,mine pressure observation,equipment maintenance and material preparation before thread together,using fiber flexible mesh instead of metal mesh,and adopting roof control technologies such as increasing support resistance,injecting polymer material,optimizing reinforcement and support mode,the safety and efficient retracement of No.81505 fully mechanized caving face was achieved.The practice shows that the retracement time is only 15 days,and the safety value is significant,which has certain reference significance for the safety and efficient retracement of mines with similar geological conditions.
