摘要 加强矿压监测及预警,丰富防治顶板灾害的有效手段,需进行综采工作面来压步距自动计算与预测。在矿压分析时,利用分区间法建立矿压与割煤过程的联系,采用累计进尺算法计算出工作面时间与进尺的对应关系;并计算了液压支架最大循环末阻力和来压步距。基于统计学中数量关系分析方法,计算出工作面历史来压步距并预测了下次来压位置;并将分析结果以直方图、曲面图、表格等形式通过企业微信实时推送。实践表明,该方法初步解决了目前煤炭企业面临的矿压规律分析与预测的问题,为综采工作面顶板控制提供了可靠的数据保障。 In order to strengthen the monitoring and early warning of mine pressure,and enrich the effective means of preventing roof disasters,the automatic calculation and prediction of the weighting step in fully mechanized mining face were carried out.In the analysis of mine pressure,by establishing the relationship between mine pressure and coal cutting process,the corresponding relationship between time and footage of working face was calculated by using cumulative footage algorithm,and the maximum end-of-cycle resistance of hydraulic support and the weighting step were calculated.Based on the quantitative relationship analysis method in statistics,the position of next weighting was predicted by using the historical weighting step of working face.The analysis results can be pushed in real time through enterprise WeChat in the form of histogram,surface map and table.Practice shows that the method initially solves the problem of the analysis and prediction of mining pressure law currently faced by coal enterprises,and provides reliable data guarantee for roof control of fully mechanized mining face.
