摘要
随着领队备案制的实施,出境领队人员供不应求的境况基本得以缓解。但备案标准不一,使得领队人员的选拔主观性过大。如何培养和选拔出合格的出境领队已经成为旅游企业亟待解决的难题。本文从校企深度合作的角度出发,围绕人才培养、运行管理、师资队伍和条件设施等方面探讨出境领队的培养路径。
As the system of tour-leader registration is carried out, the tour leader has not been in short supply now. However, the varied criteria of registration make the certification of tour-leader too subjective. It has been a great challenge for tourism corporations to choose and cultivate proper tour-leaders. Based on the deep corporation between corporation and college, the present research discusses the approach to cultivate tour-leaders from the aspects of talents-cultivation, managment, teaching staff and facilities.
