摘要 传统铸造业自动化程度低、劳动强度大、工况恶劣、能耗高、环境污染严重.针对传统铸造业痛点,福建省神悦铸造股份有限公司(简称福建神悦铸造)在公司“两化融合”基础上,着力智能制造体系与运维信息系统集成,构建铸造全流程的虚拟制造与现实信息化制造,融合宁夏共享集团的成形智能单元和熔炼智能单元,改造传统铸造业,打造绿色智能铸造示范车间,初步实现铸造的数字化、智能化、网络化、信息化、绿色化,为进一步绿色智能铸造工厂的构建与转型打下坚实基础.通过对福建神悦铸造绿色智能铸造车间改造的深入剖析,旨在为传统铸造业向绿色智能铸造转型发展提供有价值的参考. Traditional foundry industry faces the problems of low automation,high labor intensity,bad working conditions,high energy consumption and serious environmental pollution.Aiming at the pain point of traditional foundry industry,Fujian Shenyue Foundry Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Fujian Shenyue Foundry)has focused on the integration of intelligent manufacturing system and operation and maintenance information system on the basis of the company’s“integration of two modernizations”.The virtual manufacturing and real information manufacturing of the whole foundry process are constructed,and the forming intelligent unit and smelting intelligent unit of Ningxia Shared Group are integrated.Meanwhile,the traditional foundry industry is reformed to build the green intelligent foundry demonstration workshop.The digitalization,intellectualization,networking,digitalization and greenization of casting are initially realized,which lays a solid foundation for further construction and transformation of green intelligent foundry.Through in-depth analysis of the transformation of green intelligent foundry workshop in Fujian Shenyue Foundry,this paper aims to provide valuable reference for the transformation of traditional foundry industry to green intelligent foundry.
