摘要
结合云南烟叶复烤有限责任公司保山复烤厂现有烤后工艺,搭建了一套烤后片烟在线质量监控系统。该系统基于在线近红外光谱技术实时检测传送带上片烟烟碱、总糖等化学成分含量,并通过数据堆栈的方式统计成品片烟质量,确保烤后片烟在线数据与片烟成品(片烟箱)数据箱箱对应。片烟装箱打标后,标签信息包含生产批次、化学成分含量等信息,初步建立了烤后片烟质量库,为后续中烟工业根据配方进行原料加工提供了可靠的数据支持。根据实际生产情况,有针对性地选取了114个不同加工批次的样品用于建模。其中,模型的决定系数(R^2)为0.962,均方根误差(SEC)为0.13。为了验证系统性能,试验对550箱片烟进行了监控,结果发现烟箱烟碱数据波动和在线烟碱数据波动基本一致,说明该系统可用于复烤企业烤后片烟质量监控。
An on-line monitoring system of pieces tobacco leaf after baking was set up,which combined with post-baking process of Baoshan flue-cured tobacco factory.The system could detect the contents of tobacco based on the on-line near-infrared spectroscopy technology,such as nicotine and total sugar.The data stack was used to calculate the quality of the post-baking tobacco leaf,and ensure that the online data were corresponding smoke box data of the post-baked tobacco.The smoke box was labeled,which contains information such as batch,chemical composition content and so on.The quality library of the post-baked tobacco smoke was established,which provided reliable data support for the follow-up of the raw material processing according to the formula.According to the actual production situation,114 samples of different processing batches were selected for modeling.Among the established model,the determinationcoefficient(R^2)is 0.962,the root-mean-square error(SEC)is 0.13.In order to verify the performance of the system,we continuously monitored 550smoke boxesof flue-cured tobacco.The results show that the variation trend between smoke box nicotine data and online nicotine data almost same,whence the system can be used at baking smoke quality monitoring of flue-cured tobacco factory.
