摘要
针对苛化工段中苛化器温度控制的特点,基于LabVIEW,利用NI数据采集模块,设计了苛化器温度控制系统。文中以苛化器温度为控制对象,用LabVIEW提供的图形化编程语言设计了控制程序和人机监控界面。通过实验发现,基于LabVIEW设计的苛化器温度控制系统不仅系统结构简单,而且数据运算和数据处理能力较强,提高了苛化器温度的控制精度。
Based on the characteristics of Causticizer’s temperature control in the caustic section,this paper designs a Causticizer’s temperature control system with LabVIEW using NI data acquisition module.The control program and man-machine monitoring interface are designed with the graphical programming language provided by LabVIEW.Through experiments,it is found that the Causticizer’s temperature control system based on LabVIEW design not only has a simple system structure,but also has strong data calculation and data processing capabilities,and improves the control precision of the causticizer temperature.
