摘要
基于《教师教育课程标准》《小学教师资格考试标准》《小学教师专业标准》对小学教师职业沟通能力提出的规范要求,分析了小学教育专业职业沟通课程的现状,从课程目标、课程体系、课程内容、教学方式、评价体系等方面提出了职业沟通课程改革的思路。
Based on the requirements of primary teachers’professional communication capability in the regulations Curriculum Standards for Teachers’Education,Qualification Examination Standards for Primary School Teachers and Professional Standards for Primary School Teachers,this paper studies the status quo of professional communication course in primary education,and comes up with approaches of reform form the perspective of curriculum objectives,curriculum system,curriculum content,teaching methods and evaluation system.
