摘要
《建筑工程计量与计价》是一门综合性和实验性较强的课程。针对学生缺少施工现场知识、对整套施工图无法形成整体认识的问题,采用信息化教学教学手段进行教学。通过网络学习平台、虚拟仿真实训室、微课、计量计价软件等信息化手段,提高了学生的学习参与度。利用企业教师对工程现场的直播,使项目教学更真实,使学生的实践学习更充分。根据学生不同的学习基础、学习能力分配不同工作角色,完成不同的工作任务,实现了分层教学。设计游戏积分模式,提高了学生兴趣,带动学生逐步完成学习目标,从而实现做中教、做中学。
Construction Engineering Measurement and Valuation is a comprehensive course which stresses experiment in teaching.Aiming at problems of lack of know-how on construction site and overall understanding of full sets of construction drawing,it is suggested that IT can be applied in teaching.Through application of IT means like network learning platform,virtual simulation training room,micro-class,measurement and valuation software,students’participation in learning is greatly stimulated.By using live broadcast of construction site made by enterprise trainers,project teaching becomes vivid and students’practical learning is solid.According to students’different learning proficiency and learning ability,different roles are assigned and different tasks are completed,thus hierarchical teaching comes true.The design of game points mode improves students’interest and leads students to gradually complete the learning objectives,so as to achieve the integration of teaching and learning.
