摘要
双壁钢围堰是大型桥梁深水主墩施工的大型临时设施,其作用一是作为承台施工挡水结构,二是作为钻孔平台的支撑结构,承受的荷载包括水流冲击力、水头压力、以及由钻孔平台作用的竖向力。以武穴长江公路大桥15#墩基础施工为例,介绍了哑铃型双壁钢围堰的设计、下水、定位、下沉及封底等关键施工技术及施工要点。工程实践表明,该钢围堰设计合理,施工安全,且节约材料,造价低,能满足工程的需要,可为以后同类工程施工提供参考。
Double-wall steel cofferdams is a large temporary facility for deepwater main pier construction of large bridge.It not only works as the water retaining structure of the platform,but also as the supporting structure of the drilling platform.Double-wall steel cofferdams bear a lot of pressure including the impulse force of the water flow,the pressure of the water head and the vertical force from the platform.Taking the construction of 15#pier foundation of Wuxue Yangtze River Bridge as an example,this paper introduces the design and operation of dumbbell-shaped double walled steel cofferdam,including launching,location,sinking and sealing.Engineering practice shows that the steel cofferdam design is reasonable,safe,material-saving,it can meet the needs of the project and can provide a reference for similar projects in the future.
