摘要
在概述南广铁路郁江特大桥工程概况的基础上,介绍了大体积水下混凝土封底不分舱封底技术的原理及特点,从浇筑前重点工序、布设导管及测绳、浇筑首封混凝土、浇筑其余封底混凝土以及封底混凝土测控等方面,详细阐述了该工程关键工序的施工技术,以期为同类工程提供借鉴。
Based on summing up the general situation of the engineering of Yujiang Bridge on Nanning-Guangzhou Railway Line,this paper introduces the principles and features of mass underwater concrete non-subdivision bottom-sealing construction technology,and from aspects of the key processes before concreting,the layout of catheters and measuring ropes,the pouring of first sealing concrete,the pouring of other bottom-sealing concrete,and the measurement and control of bottom-sealing concrete,etc.,expounds the construction technologies adopted in the key processes of this engineering for providing references for the similar engineering.
