摘要
带状疱疹是水痘-带状疱疹病毒引起的急性感染性皮肤病。西医多以抗病毒、营养神经、消炎止痛为主要治疗手段。而中医治疗带状疱疹也有较好的疗效,运用针刺、艾灸等外治疗法,在缩短病程、缓解疼痛、提高免疫力、预防后遗症等方面有明显优势。笔者综述近几年来带状疱疹的针灸疗法相关研究,以期为临床推广及应用提供一定的指导。
Herpes zoster is an acute infectious skin disease caused by varicella-zoster virus. Western medicine mostly uses antiviral,neurotrophic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic treatment as the main means. Traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect on herpes zoster. External treatment such as acupuncture and moxibustion has obvious advantages in shortening the course of disease, relieving pain, improving immunity and preventing sequelae. The author reviews the recent research on acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of herpes zoster in order to provide some guidance for clinical promotion and application.
