摘要
目的 :介绍岭南医家针灸治疗鼠疫、霍乱的经验 ,昭示针灸治疗传染病具有广阔的前景 ,促进对历代针灸防治传染病经验的发掘整理 ,以充分发挥针灸在应对突发性公共卫生事件中的作用。方法 :通过搜集、考订岭南医家针灸治疗鼠疫、霍乱的文献史料 ,利用针灸学理论 ,并结合今人针灸治疗传染病机理的研究成果 ,分析说明岭南医家针灸治疗鼠疫、霍乱的具体问题。结论 :针灸能够治疗烈性传染病 ;针灸治疗传染病也应根据不同传染病 ,分别采用针刺法或艾灸法 ;针对具体情况 ,决定针刺深浅和采用不同针具 ;主张针药并用、灸药并施。
Objective To introduce experience of medical experts in the south of the Five Ridges in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of plague and cholera, so as to promote exploration and systematization of experiences of acupuncture and moxibustion in prevention and treatment of infectious diseases to exert fully the role of acup-moxibustion in sudden public events. Methods Collect and examine and correct literature and historical data about medical experts in the south of the Five Ridges in acup-moxibustion treatment of plague and cholera, and use the theories of acup-moxibustion,in combination with modern research achievements of acup-moxibustion in treatment of infectious diseases to analyze their concrete problems in acup-moxibustion treatment of plague and cholera. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion can cure fulminating infectious diseases; different infectious diseases should be treated respectively by acupuncture or moxibustion; different needling depths and different needling tools are adopted according to concrete conditions; combination of acupuncture with medicine, and moxibustion with medicines are advocated.
