摘要
目的系统性评价中医优质护理对糖尿病肾病患者的临床效果影响。方法选取2017年11月-2018年11月于抚顺市中医院门诊及病房收治的糖尿病肾病患者60例,入组病例均通过信封法随机分组,对照组30例,应用常规治疗及护理措施,试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合导引及耳穴压豆等中医优质护理措施,观察2组患者护理前后的并发症发生率、心理状况评估SAS及生活质量水平变化情况。结果中医优质护理后,试验组并发症发生率:6.67%(2/30),SAS评分(46.61±4.33)分,生活质量评分(52.21±4.09)分,对照组并发症发生率:26.67%(8/30),SAS评分(51.5±5.27)分,生活质量评分(56.35±5.48)分,试验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医优质护理结合耳穴压豆、导引康复及心理疏导等方面,可有效避免糖尿病肾病患者发生水肿及心衰等并发症,缓解患者负面情绪,提高治疗依从性,改善患者自理能力及生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine quality nursing on patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected. The patients were randomized by the envelope method. The control group of 30 cases applied routine treatment and nursing measures. 30 patients in the experimental group were given traditional Chinese medicine quality nursing on the basis of the control group. The incidence of complication and psychological status of SAS and quality of life was observed. Results After traditional Chinese medicine quality nursing, in the experimental group, complication rate was 6.7 %(2/30), SAS score was(46.61±4.33) and quality of life was(52.21±4.09) score. In the control group, complication rate was 26.67%(8/30), SAS score was(51.5±5.27) and quality of life was(56.35±5.48). The indexes of the experimental group were better than the control group, which was statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion TCM quality nursing combined with auricular pressing, guiding rehabilitation and psychological counseling can effectively avoid complications such as edema and heart failure in patients with diabetic nephropathy, relieve negative emotions,improve treatment compliance, improve patient self-care ability and quality of life, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
