摘要
目的：探讨温阳益气养阴活血方治疗2型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法：2型糖尿病肾病患者72例,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组36例,给予常规西医治疗,观察组36例,在西医治疗基础上联合温阳益气养阴活血方治疗,治疗3个月后,比较两组治疗效果,观察两组中医症候积分变化,并测定临床指标。结果：观察组治疗后肢体麻痛、面肢水肿、神疲乏力、咽干口渴症状积分均低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组用药总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后FBG、24 h蛋白尿、Scr、BUN水平均低于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组无明显不良反应发生。结论：对2型糖尿病肾病患者在西医治疗基础上联合温阳益气养阴活血方治疗的效果加好,能改善2型糖尿病肾病的临床症状,缓解病情进展。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Wenyang Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods： A total of 72 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into2 groups. Thirty-six cases in control group were given conventional western medicine treatment and the observation group＇s 36 cases used western medicine therapy combined with Wenyang Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction treatment. The treatment lasted for 3 months. After comparing the therapeutic effects of two groups,we observed two groups＇ TCM syndrome score changes and clinical index determination. Results： After treatment,the observation group＇s limb pain,limb edema,lassitude and throat thirsty symptom scores were lower than those of the control group（ P 0. 05）. The observation group＇s total efficiency was higher than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. FBG,24 h,Scr and BUN urinary protein level in observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group（ P 0. 05）. Two groups had no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion： For patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy,the treatment of Western medicine combined with Wenyang Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction has good treatment effect and can improve the clinical symptoms of type 2 diabetic nephropathy and alleviate the disease progression.
