摘要
目的分析中医护理对全甲状腺切除术后低钙血症及康复影响。方法收集中国医科大学附属盛京医院2015年1月-2018年10月施行全甲状腺切除术后发生低钙血症的患者共60例,按照随机数字表法进行分组,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理的前提下,给予患者施行中医护理。比较2组患者护理后综合评分、护理满意度、治疗依从性。结果护理后2组均获得改善,且观察组收缩压、心率水平明显低于对照组;SAS、SDS、术后VAS评分明显低于对照组;和护理前对比,观察组和对照组护理后生活质量评分均明显升高。和对照组比较,观察组护理后生活质量评分,护理满意度,治疗依从性均明显更高,数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中医护理对全甲状腺切除术后低钙血症患者进行护理,可以有效地避免患者血压、心率异常反应,从而增加患者的护理舒适度,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of TCM nursing on hypocalcemia and rehabilitation after total thyroidectomy. Methods A total of 60 patients with hypocalcemia after total thyroidectomy from January 2015 to October 2018 were enrolled in our hospital. The patients were grouped according to the random principle of the digital table. The control group received routine nursing measures.The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine care under the premise of routine nursing. The post-nursing comprehensive score, nursing satisfaction, and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,both groups were improved, and the systolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The SAS, SDS, and postoperative VAS scores were significantly lower than those of the control group, compared with the pre-treatment, observation group and control group. The quality of life scores were significantly higher. Compared with the control group, the quality of life score, nursing satisfaction, and treatment compliance of the observation group were significantly higher, and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with hypocalcemia after total thyroidectomy can effectively avoid abnormal blood pressure and heart rate response, thereby increasing the patient’s care comfort and improving patient satisfaction.
