摘要
目的建立桑杞胶囊中总蒽醌的含量测定方法,为其质量控制提供参考。方法采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为523 nm,0.5%醋酸镁甲醇显色。结果总蒽醌含量在0.001 3~0.026 mg范围内与吸收度线性关系良好,回归方程为:A=29.761C+0.157 9,r=0.999,加样回收率为89.97%,R SD=4.67%。结论该方法准确、灵敏、高效,可为桑杞胶囊总蒽醌的含量测定提供参考。
Objective To establish the content determination method of total anthraquinone in Sangqi Capsules and to provide reference for its quality control. Methods UV spectrophotometry, detection wavelength of 523 nm, display color with 0.5% of magnesium acetatemethanol were applied. Results Total Anthraquinone is linear in the range of the test concentrations, the regression equation is: A=29.761 C+0.1579, r=0.999, and the average recovery of the method was 89.97%, RSD=4.67%. Conclusion The method is accurate,sensitive and efficient, can be used as a reference for extraction and determination of Total anthraquinone in Sangqi capsules.
