微波辅助提取决明子总蒽醌的工艺条件研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:以决明子总蒽醌含量为主要考察指标,优选微波提取决明子总蒽醌的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用正交设计对微波提取决明子总蒽醌的工艺进行研究,用紫外-可见分光光度法测定总蒽醌含量。结果:在90%乙醇溶液,决明子粉碎过40目筛,液固比1∶20(g/mL),微波中高火,回流提取10 min,决明子中蒽醌提取率可达77.31%。结论:实验为微波提取决明子总蒽醌工艺条件提供了参考依据。 Objective: The entire anthraquinones were used as main index during the determination to select the opti- mal conditions for microwave extracting total anthraquinones of Semen Cassiae. Methods: The method of microwave ex- tracting total anthraquinones of Semen Cassiae was carried out by orthogonal design, and the content of total anthraquino- nes was determined by UV - Spetrophotometry. Result: The result showed the optimal extraction conditions were : the etha- nol concentration was 90% ;the granularity of Semen Cassia powder was 40 mesh sieve;the ratio of Smen Cassia to ethanol was 1 : 20( gc/mL), heating 10 minutes by middle high temperature. Under these conditions, the ration of total anthraqul- none from Semen Cassia was 77.31%. Conclusion :The results can provide basis for anthraquinones - extracting technolo- gy from Semen Cassiae.
