摘要
目的分析小儿豉翘清热颗粒对手足口病患儿的临床治疗效果,并关注是否存在不良反应,提升治疗成效。方法选取2017年1月-2017年12月在江西省芦溪县妇幼保健院进行治疗的患儿为研究对象,经过检查后均已确诊为手足口病,而符合试验要求的人数有60例,在案例分析模式下,对其分为2组进行治疗,对照组采用常规西医治疗措施治疗,观察组患儿则采用小儿豉翘清热颗粒进行病情改善,并分析患儿的治疗结果,改善治疗速度。结果从治疗情况上看,观察组的总疗效率为96.67%,高于对照组患儿的86.67%,在组间对比中,观察组优势显著。其次,从症状的缓解时间上看,观察组各项用时均短于对照组,在住院用时上为(4.12±0.27)d,对照组用时则为(5.87±0.25)d,由此,我们认为观察组治疗措施见效更快。最后,观察组患儿家属也对治疗结果给予了充分的肯定,观察组患儿家属满意率为96.67%(29/30),对照组则为90.00%(27/30),故而,观察组治疗措施能够快速缓解疾病,得到患者的信赖。结论采用小儿豉翘清热颗粒对手足口病患儿进行治疗,具有见效快、疗效高、无明显不良反应的优势,能够得到患儿家属的肯定,具有积极的推广意义。
Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granule on hand, foot and mouth disease patients, and pay attention to whether there are adverse reactions, so as to improve the therapeutic effect. Methods The patients treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the subjects. After examination, they were diagnosed as hand-foot-mouth disease, and 60 cases met the requirements of the experiment. Under the case analysis mode, they were divided into two groups for treatment. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, while the observation group was treated with Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granule. The situation was improved, and the treatment results were analyzed to improve the treatment speed. Results From the point of view of treatment, the total curative effect rate of the observation group was 96.7 %, higher than86.7% of the control group. In the inter-group comparison, the advantages of the observation group were significant. Secondly, from the relief time of symptoms, the observation group used shorter time than the control group, hospitalization time was(4.12 ±0.27) days,the control group used time was(5.87 ±0.25) days, therefore, and we believe that the observation group treatment measures have a faster effect. Finally, the family members of the observation group also gave full affirmation to the treatment results. The satisfaction rate of the family members of the observation group was 96.7%(29/30), while that of the control group was 90%(27/30). Therefore,the treatment measures of the observation group can quickly alleviate the disease and gain the trust of the patients. Conclusion The use of Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granule in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease has the advantages of quick effect, high curative effect and no obvious side effects. It can be affirmed by patients and their families, and has positive promotion significance.
