摘要
以不同类型本科院校560名大学生为研究对象,采用自编问卷就当代大学生学风现状进行调查。调查结果显示:当前背景下高校学风整体情况良好,大学生学风建设情况受到学生自身条件、学校物理人文环境等诸多因素的影响;此外,国家教育教学制度及相关公共政策的推行对于学风建设的影响力度不断加大,有积极向上的学习信仰和明确学习目的的学生用于学习的时间明显更多、学习效果也更好。为进一步加强学风建设,政府应更好发挥宏观调控职能,构建完整有效学风体系;加强校园物质文化建设,重视师德师风培养维护;加强思政教育针对性,进行学习理想目标引导;构建家校联结系统,共织学风建设防护网。
In this paper,560 college students from different types of undergraduate colleges were selected as research objects,and self-made questionnaires were used to investigate the current situation of contemporary college students'academic atmosphere.The survey results show that the overall situation of colleges and universities in the current context is good,and the construction of students'academic atmosphere is affected by many factors such as students'own conditions and schools'physical and human environment.In addition,the influence of the national education and teaching system and the implementation of relevant public policies on the construction of academic atmosphere have been on the increase.Students with positive learning beliefs and clear learning objectives have significantly more time for study and better learning results.In order to reinforce the academic atmosphere construction of colleges and universities,the government should give full play to the macro-control function and build a complete and effective academic atmosphere system.At the same time,the construction of campus material culture should be strengthened,and importance should be attached to the cultivation and maintenance of teachers'morality.What's more,the pertinence of ideological and political education needs to be reinforced and guidance should be offered to the ideal goal of learning.Finally,a home-school connection system and a protective network for academic atmosphere are supposed to be built.
