摘要
培养本科应用型人才是新建本科院校的主要任务,但目前仍然不同程度地存在着套用学术型人才培养模式的现象。这类院校应坚持"教师为主导、学生为主体、成才为主线"的教育理念,确立人才培养的适应性原则、教学过程的主体性原则、实践实训的全程性原则,努力构建应用型人才培养的理论教学、实践教学体系和素质培养体系,积极探索具有地方特色的应用型人才培养新路径,切实提高人才培养质量。
Training application-oriented talents is the major task of Newly-established universities. As they in different degrees apply mechanically or even fall into the old style of the training methods of research-oriented talents, graduates from these universities have met the awkwardness in job hunting. Therefore, in order to improve the training quality, the concept of ＂teacher as the guide, students as the center, cultivating talents as the main line＂ must be implemented; the adaptability principle, the subjective principle, and the whole course principle should be established; theoretical teaching system, practical teaching system, and quality cultivating system should be constructed; new approach to cultivating application-oriented talents with local characteristics should be explored.
