摘要
选择普通丝棉木实生苗中观赏效果最好的1株作为母株,将其枝条通过高接换头,嫁接在普通丝棉木上,繁育大叶丝棉遗传性状丝棉木,将其命名为"花之都"长椭圆叶丝棉木。与普通丝棉木相比,其典型特征为枝条直立,硬度较大,分枝角度小,树冠紧凑;叶型呈椭圆形,叶片超大,花量较少,结籽能力差,对尺蠖有较强抗性,生物学性状稳定,未发现变异或返祖现象,具有很好的应用和推广前景。
The best ornamental seedlings of common silk-cottonwood were selected as the mother plant,then grafted the branches to other common silk-cottonwood by high grafting and transposed to bred genetic traits of large-leaf silk-cottonwood,which was named as‘Huazhidu’long-oval leaf silk-cottonwood.Compared with common silk-cottonwood,‘Huazhidu’long-oval leaf silk-cottonwood exhibited more upright branches,greater hardness,smaller branch angle,compacter crown,bigger leaves,fewer flowers and seeds,stronger resistance to geometer,as well as stable biological properties.Thus,‘Huazhidu’long-oval leaf silk-cottonwood would have a good prospect of application and promotion.
