摘要
从成效和问题两个方面入手,细致分析输配电价改革工作的实施现状,认为输配电价改革顶层设计较为完善,初步建立电网企业激励约束机制,已经探索出成功推行输配电价改革工作的实施方法。
Starting from two aspects of effectiveness and problems,this paper analyzes the implementation status of transmission and distribution price reform in detail.The top-level design of transmission and distribution price reform is relatively perfect,and the incentive and constraint mechanism of power grid enterprises is initially established,and the implementation method of transmission and distribution price reform has been explored successfully.
