摘要
随着我国对电力体制进行的改革,自负盈亏的电力企业开始尝试,降低成本以提高利润。研究降低成本,通过相关管理控制措施,寻求有效策略。
With the reform of electric power system in our country,the self financing electric power enterprises begin to try to reduce costs and increase profits.This paper studies the cost reduction,through the relevant management control measures,to find effective strategies.
