摘要
针对在家用电器软导线长度不足1m 时,无法根据国标测量电阻的问题,选用 0.5m导线测量 20℃时导体直流电阻,进而推算 20℃时每千米导体直流电阻的方法(半米法),对"半米法"测量过程中产生的不确定度进行分析和评定。可作为一种验证的非标方法,用来解决软导线小于1m时的测试。
In view of the problem that when the length of the soft conductor of the household appliance is less than 1 m,it is impossible to measure the resistance according to the national standard,the 0.5 m conductor is selected to measure the conductor DC resistance at 20 ℃,and then the DC resistance per kilometer at 20 ℃ is calculated (half meter method).The uncertainty in the measurement process is analyzed and evaluated.It can be used as a verified non-standard method to solve the test when the flexible conductor is less than 1 m.
