摘要
目的:探讨综合性康复治疗对家庭病床分裂症患者社会功能的康复作用。方法:选取荣复军人医院的家庭病床精神分裂症患者82例,随机分为两组各41例。对照组仅家庭病床常规服务,观察组在常规服务的基础上进行综合性康复治疗。两组分别于治疗前及治疗后4、8、12周末,采用社会功能评价量表(SDSS)、日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)、个人与社会功能量表(PSP)进行评定,比较效果。结果:治疗后8、12周末观察组SDSS、ADL、PSP的评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对家庭病床分裂症患者社会功能进行综合性康复治疗,可显著改善患者的社会功能,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation in family bed of schizophrenic patients.Methods:82 schizophrenic patients in family bed of RongFu military hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine community follow-up and disease guidance,and the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation.The two groups were assessed by social function assessment scale(SDSS),activity of daily life assessment scale(ADL)and personal and social function scale(PSP before and 4,8 and 12 weekends after treatment,we compared the effect.Results:After 8 and 12 weeks of the treatment,the scores of ADL,PSP,SSSI in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation on the social skill in family bed of schizophrenic patients can significantly improve their social functions and the quality of life.
