摘要
目的:研究探讨下肢动脉血管彩色多普勒超声检查在糖尿病周围血管病变中的应用价值。方法:本院于2017年7月-2018年8月共收治88例糖尿病患者,作为本次研究对象,为试验组。选取同期在本院体检的健康体检者88例作为本次研究的参照对象,为对照组。两组患者均给予下肢动脉血管彩色多普勒超声检查,比较分析两组患者的超声检查结果。结果:试验组88例糖尿病患者有80例出现不同程度的下肢动脉血管病变,对照组88例体检者中有8例出现不同程度的下肢动脉血管病变,两组患者的下肢动脉血管病变检出率比较,存在显著差异(P<0.05)。两组患者的下肢各动脉血流量以及血管内径均小于对照组,差异显著且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用彩色多普勒超声检查糖尿病周围血管病变,效果理想。
objective:to study the value of lower extremity arterial color Doppler ultrasonography in peripheral diabetic vascular lesions.Methods:from July 2017 to August 2018,88 patients with diabetes were treated in our hospital.Experimental group.88 healthy persons in our hospital were selected as the control group.The patients in both groups were examined by color Doppler ultrasound.Results:there were 80 cases of lower extremity vascular disease in the experimental group of 88 diabetic patients and 8 cases in the control group of 88 cases of physical examination.The detection rate of lower extremity vascular disease was compared between the two groups.There was significant difference(P<0.05).The arterial blood flow and vascular diameter in the two groups were smaller than those in the control group,and the difference was significant.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:color Doppler ultrasound is effective in detecting peripheral vascular lesions of diabetes mellitus.
