基于BIM技术水闸项目进度优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 工程建设行业正在蓬勃发展,工程项目管理面临巨大挑战,传统进度控制方法无法满足现代化管理的需要。本文运用Revit建立三维模型,P6编制进度计划,将三维模型与进度计划载入Navisworks软件,进行施工进度动态模拟,利用BIM技术的模拟性、协同性及可视化的优势,提前发现问题,进行进度计划的调整,并进行实际进度开展情况的监测、调整。随着信息技术推进,BIM技术作为一种新兴的信息技术,应用到现代的工程项目建设中,为工程管理模式提供新的解决方案。 With the rapid development of engineering construction industry,engineering project management is facing great challenges.The traditional progress control method can not meet the needs of modern management.In this paper,Revit is used to build a three-dimensional model,P6 is used to prepare the schedule,and the three-dimensional model and schedule are loaded into NavisWorks software to carry out dynamic simulation of construction schedule.Using the advantages of BIM Technology such as simulation,coordination and visualization,we can find problems in advance,adjust the schedule,monitor and adjust the actual progress.With the advancement of information technology,BIM Technology,as a new information technology,is applied to the construction of modern engineering projects to provide new solutions for the project management mode.
