摘要
针对小湾工程大坝混凝土浇筑缆机运行空间干扰问题,提出了缆机联合浇筑和干扰控制的模拟规则,建立了一种处理缆机干扰的模拟模型。并根据大坝施工不同时期的特征,采用分阶段模拟思想调整实际进度计划。基于离散事件仿真理论,采用固定时间步长法,开发了小湾大坝混凝土浇筑施工仿真系统。通过不同方案模拟计算,检验了不同施工条件下的施工强度、缆机效率,并提出了优化方案,使总工期提前了2.5个月,机械综合效率提高3%。
The simulation rule is presented to construct a simulation model for dealing with spatial conflicts control and combine-pouring of cable-cranes in Xiaowan Project. The construction schedule is adjusted by phases, reflecting the construction features during different stages. Based on the discrete-event simulation theory, the visualization and simulation of concrete dam construction system is developed by means of fixed time-step method. The simulation results verify the construction intensity and efficiency of cable-cranes. An optimization scheme is proposed, which makes 2.5 months ahead of schedule and efficiency increase of 3 percent.
