摘要
随着我国国际邮轮港口的建设和运营,应急演练成为邮轮港口应急管理的重要组成部分。多样化的邮轮港突发事件和传统应急演练的局限性倒逼邮轮港口应急演练方式的改革,虚拟现实技术为改革提供了技术支撑。国际邮轮港虚拟仿真平台是以邮轮港口服务的教学、邮轮游客登离船流程解析、邮轮港口工作人员技能培训和邮轮港口应急演练为主要内容的综合性平台。平台搭建邮轮港口真实场景的模型,实现邮轮港口大厅交互功能与安全演练功能,实现多台虚拟现实头盔协同与多角色协同,具有学校教学和应急演练的双重作用。通过应急演练降低了应急演练的经济成本与时间成本,提高了使用者学习兴趣和演练效果。
Emergency drills have become an important part of the emergency management of cruise ports with the construction and operation of China’s international cruise port.The limitations of diversified cruise port emergencies and traditional emergency drills have forced the reform of cruise port emergency drills.Virtual reality technology provides technical support for reform.The virtual simulation platform of the international cruise port is a comprehensive platform with the main contents of the teaching of cruise port services,the analysis of cruise passengers’departure and departure procedures,cruise port staff skills training and cruise port emergency drills.The platform builds a model of the real scene of the cruise port,realizes the interaction function and safety drill function of the cruise port hall,realizes the cooperation of multiple virtual reality helmets and multi-role,and has the dual functions of school teaching and emergency drill.The economic cost and time cost of the emergency drill are reduced,and the user’s learning interest and exercise effect are improved through the emergency drill.
