摘要
《国家职业教育改革实施方案》基于"大职教观"确立了职业教育作为"类型教育"的地位,同时也赋予了中国职业教育现代化改革的新目标,即从层次到类型,显著完善职业教育和培训体系;从定界到跨界,继续深化产教融合、校企合作;从排斥到选择,不断增强职业教育的吸引力;从封闭到开放,持续提升职业教育的社会服务能力。新时代,受信息技术的影响,中国的职业教育现代化改革将呈现时间维的灵活性与终身性共存,空间维的开放性与智慧性并蓄,价值维的职业性与教育性整合的特征。对标2035年国家现代化要求,加快推进中国职业教育现代化改革,我国还需以教育信息化为牵引,以供给侧适需改革为支撑,以多方协同治理为保障。
The National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan establishes the status of vocational education as "type education" based on "the view of big vocational education", and gives new goals to modernization reform of China′s vocational education. From levels to types, its training system is improved;from demarcation to cross-border, its industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation are deepened;from exclusion to selection, its attractiveness is enhanced;from closure to opening, its social service capability is improved. Influenced by information technology, the reform will show a flexibility and lifelong coexistence of time, an openness and wisdom of space, an occupational and educational integration of value. To speed up the reform, it is necessary to take the education informationization as traction, the supply-side reform as support, and the multi-party collaborative governance as guarantee.
